Mike,----- I just wanted to drop you a note about how pleased I was with everything your fine organization did for my property. From my initial contact with you in July, to the completion of the renovation project on my home the first week of September, all I can say is "Superb." Your explanations of the various materials used to roof and side a house were clear and understandable. I also decided to replace windows, which you explained equally as well.
Your work crew was polite, courteous, and in some cases, just fun to interact with. They did a GREAT JOB! Sometimes, they explained processes they were undertaking that I had no concept of--but I got the general idea.
I really enjoyed the experience and am now reaping some of the benefits. It is late October. The house is no longer "drafty" and the furnace does not turn on as often as it used to. The windows and sealing are a definite improvement. The overall work was excellent! Besides, the house looks a great deal more attractive. I am really, really pleased. If you run into a skeptical person out there who is thinking of renovating, but is dragging his or her feet, feel free to use me as a reference. Don't forget, next spring I want your crew to re-do the front steps and door. I'll contact you in April or May.
